Founded in 2011 by Amy Selig, Stellar Bodies introduced Atlanta to a new standard of fitness: a high-intensity, low-impact method that blends traditional Pilates and athletic strength training to deliver a deeper level of fitness. Over the last 15 years, we have evolved our signature approach into a transformative strength-training experience that respects your body’s limits while pushing your boundaries.

The Stellar Method

Achieve total-body transformation in just 50 minutes. The Stellar Method is a high-intensity, low-impact evolution of fitness that merges the core principles of Pilates with the power of resistance training. Designed for maximum efficiency, our classes strengthen, tone, and build endurance without the wear and tear of traditional high-impact workouts.

The Machine

Our custom-engineered machines are designed to provide constant tension through a sophisticated system of springs and pulleys. With over 300 possible movements, the machine constantly challenges you to reach the next level of performance.

The Moves

We replace crunches and treadmills with full muscle contractions and slow, controlled movements. By focusing on proper form and natural body mechanics, we maximize your results while minimizing the risk of injury. Every move is intentional; every second is effective.

The Results

By pushing the body to a specific threshold of intensity, we jumpstart the metabolism, build lean muscle, and improve postural alignment. You’ll leave feeling confident, stronger, and more balanced, with a metabolic burn that continues long after you leave the studio.
