After discovering the Lagree Fitness Method while on a retreat in Arizona, Amy Selig opened Stellar Bodies in 2011 as the first Megaformer studio in the state of Georgia. The Lagree method remains a cornerstone of Stellar Bodies' philosophy, providing clients with the tools to attain their fitness goals safely and effectively.
The groundbreaking mission of Stellar Bodies is to bring inspiration, education, and results to every Stellar Body. Amy’s vision to provide top-tier fitness experiences and to redefine the fitness landscape for individuals looking to achieve their health and wellness goals is clear in each class with every instructor.
Stellar Bodies continues to flourish, now with two sun-drenched studios in Buckhead and the Upper Westside of Atlanta. The Upper Westside studio, located at The Works, has 14 M3 Megaformers and the Buckhead Court studio is home to 20 custom machines. Throughout its journey, Stellar Bodies has unwaveringly upheld its commitment to delivering the highest quality fitness experiences.
