New To Stellar?
You do not have to be "in shape" to start. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Every movement can be modified based on your strength level. Our instructors explain the movements, cue proper form, offer hands-on corrections (when welcomed), and provide modifications in real time. Your first class isn't about being perfect, it's about learning!

- Arrive promptly: Arriving at least 10 minutes early ensures you receive a thorough introduction to the studio, instructor, and equipment with a demonstration.
- Respect the schedule: If you're running late, please notify us by phone or text to reschedule, ensuring you get the best experience possible. Failure to cancel within 8 hours will result in a lost class and no-shows will incur a $25 fee.
- Prioritize safety: Inform your instructor of any concerns or injuries you may have to ensure a tailored and safe experience.
- Minimize distractions: Leave cell phones outside the class to maintain focus and respect for others' concentration.

- Equip yourself: Grip socks are essential and conveniently available for purchase.
- Stay hydrated: Enjoy access to filtered water or purchase bottled water at both studios.
