- All autopays have a minimum 3 month commitment with a 30 day notice required to cancel.
- Late cancel window is 8 hours. If clients cancel within 8 hours of their scheduled class, they will lose a class from their package. Unlimited clients are subject to a $25 charge for their late cancel.
- Clients will receive a $25 charge for each no show in addition to losing a class from their package. Unlimited clients will receive a $30 charge for each no show.
- Clients may book classes up to 14 days in advance.
- All packages are valid for all locations unless otherwise specified. Classes are nonrefundable.
- Each client can freeze an autopay once, for a minimum of 30 days.
