What Group Fitness at Stellar Bodies Looks Like

What Group Fitness at Stellar Bodies Looks Like

In a city as active as Atlanta, there is no shortage of options. What is harder to find is a class that challenges you without burning you out, where the instructor knows your name and the programming actually changes how you move.

At Stellar Bodies, every group session is built around The Method: controlled resistance, intentional movement, and time under tension that works the deep muscles most workouts never reach. You train in a focused room with:

  • A skilled instructor leading every movement and correcting form in real time
  • Purposeful programming that builds strength, endurance, and core stability
  • Small class sizes where you are seen and supported, not lost in the crowd
  • The Machine, a full-body conditioning platform that challenges the body without loading the joints

What You Are Working Toward

What You Are Working Toward

Every Stellar Bodies class is designed to help you:

  • Build genuine strength through controlled, sustained muscle engagement
  • Improve balance, mobility, and how you feel moving through everyday life
  • Stay consistent because you have a spot reserved and people expecting you
  • Train at a level that challenges you without breaking your body down over time

The format is efficient by design. Fifty minutes. Full body. Real results. For clients who have tried the big gym floor and found it lacking, the structure and attention of a boutique group class tends to change the equation.

You do not need a fitness background to start. Most clients come in at different levels and find their footing quickly. It might be the right time if:

  • You have been going through the motions solo and stopped seeing progress
  • Your workday leaves you stiff, low energy, or disconnected from your body
  • You train better when someone is coaching you and people around you are working hard
  • You want a practice that is sustainable, not something you dread or recover from for days
  • You are ready to be consistent and want a schedule and community that supports that

Slow, intentional movement in a room full of focused people has a compounding effect. Most clients feel it within a few weeks of showing up regularly.

Group Fitness Classes FAQ

How much does a group fitness class cost?
Pricing varies based on whether you choose single classes, class packs, or a membership. New clients can start with 3 classes for $55 or 2 weeks unlimited for $120. Visit the pricing page or call (404) 467-1060 for current options.

What class should I start with?
Stellar Basic is the right entry point for new clients. It introduces The Method and The Machine at a slower pace, with an emphasis on form and alignment. From there, the progression into more dynamic class formats happens naturally.

Are group classes worth it compared to training alone?
For most people, yes. The structure, the instructor attention, and the accountability of a reserved spot and a room full of people tend to produce more consistent results than solo training. At Stellar Bodies, group classes are also small enough that the experience feels personal, not anonymous.

How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most clients notice changes in how they feel, their energy, posture, and body awareness, within the first few weeks of consistent attendance. Visible physical changes follow with regular practice over time. Two to three sessions per week is the right rhythm for steady, sustainable progress.

What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable, fitted activewear and grip socks. Grip socks are required and available for purchase at both studios. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class for a brief orientation.

Do you offer private training in addition to group classes?
Yes. Private and duet sessions are available at both locations, as well as virtually. They are a good option for clients managing injuries, postpartum recovery, or anyone who wants individualized coaching before joining group classes. Visit the private training page to learn more.
